1. Purpose

- Official statements and announcements from the company will be made via the official company website. Information posted on social media does not necessarily reflect the official views of the company.
- Publicly available user profile information (such as name, image, gender, network, user ID, etc.) is deemed accessible by the company with the user’s implied consent.
5. Responses and Inquiries
- The company does not guarantee a response to every comment made on the Company Accounts.
- The company does not respond to inquiries made via direct messages or similar means.
- The company does not manage or monitor received comments or direct messages, and will not respond to inquiries related to such messages or comments.
- For inquiries or feedback regarding the company or its services, please use the “Contact Us” page on our official website.
- The company does not necessarily follow all users who follow the Company Accounts. Conversely, the company may follow users who do not follow the Company Accounts.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions by users are strictly prohibited:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morality, or that may be reasonably deemed to do so
- Actions that infringe upon the rights or interests of the company, other users, or third parties
- Defamation, insults, or actions that damage the reputation or credibility of the company, other users, or third parties (including slander or hate speech targeting individuals, companies, properties, regions, nationalities, races, ethnicities, or religions)
- Commercial or profit-driven activities conducted through or in relation to the Company Accounts without the company’s prior consent
- Posting or transmitting viruses or other harmful programs or files that interfere with the proper functioning of software or hardware used by the company, other users, or third parties
- Electioneering, religious activities, or any similar actions
- Inappropriate posts including obscene expressions
- Solicitation for investments, donations, funding, or purchase of products or services
- Falsification of information provided via the Company Accounts, or posts containing falsehoods, inaccuracies, rumors, or content that promotes such rumors
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Company Accounts
- Spam, repetitive or mass postings
- Posts that include private or personal information about the company, other users, or third parties (e.g., email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, or other personally identifiable information)
- Obstructing other users’ access to or use of the company’s services or any part thereof
- Impersonation of other users or third parties
- Creating the false impression of affiliation, partnership, or cooperation with the company without factual basis
- Sharing links in a way that compromises the clarity of the Company Account page, such as frame linking
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the company
Should the company confirm that any of the abovementioned actions have taken place, it
reserves the right to delete the relevant content, block the accounts of the associated users
or take other measures it deems necessary in response. Such measures shall not be contested by
the users.
In the event that a user violates this policy or causes tangible or intangible damage to the company,
other users, or third parties through the use of the Company Accounts, the user shall be solely
responsible for resolving such issues at their own expense and shall indemnify and hold the company
harmless from any resulting loss or inconvenience.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, and other intellectual property rights of content
posted to the Company Accounts belong, in principle, to the user who posted the content.
However, by posting such content, the user grants the company a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use (including reproduction, modification, translation, excerpting,
publication, etc.) all or part of the content, and agrees not to assert any copyright or
intellectual property rights against the company. The user also waives the right to request
any additional compensation in relation to such rights.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise use the contents of the Company Accounts without
prior consent from the company, except as permitted by copyright law (e.g., for private use or
quotation). When quoting content, the source must be clearly indicated in an appropriate manner.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Company Accounts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
9. Revisions to This Policy
This policy is subject to change without prior notice as necessary. The latest version of the policy will be published on the company’s official website.
