  3. Provide training
    Human Link provides support in preparing for training events that focus on expected outcomes, and supports operations when the training is implemented.
    Human Link believes that being able to make adjustments and showing concern for clients before and during implementation of training are important in order to maximize the effects of training.
    For example, Human Link coordinates how to convey messages, timing of introductions, and arranges lecturers of each training event. We support the implementation of training from the perspective of HRD professionals.
