1 Flexible Working Style
Flextime System
Flexible working hours can be set between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, allowing employees to strike a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Remote Work / Satellite Offices
Employees can work remotely or use satellite offices, depending on business needs.

Casual dress is permitted in the office, with attire recommended to align with the business situation.
2 Paid Leaves
Parental Leave
Maternity leave is allowed for a period of 6 weeks prior to the due date (42 days before the scheduled delivery) and 8 weeks (56 days) following childbirth.
Childcare Leave
Employees are entitled to take leave until their child turns 3 years old, if needed.
Caregiver Leave
The standard caregiving leave for a family member is 93 days, starting from the beginning of the caregiving service.
Caregiver Leave of Absence
If an employee needs to provide care for a family member who requires assistance due to a caregiving condition, they are entitled to up to 10 days of caregiving leave per year for one family member, or up to 20 days if caring for two or more family members. This leave is separate from annual paid leave and can be taken in full-day or hourly increments.
Sick Leave for Children
If an employee is caring for a child until the end of their third year in elementary school, they are entitled to 10 days of leave per year for one child, or 20 days for two or more children, in addition to their annual paid leave.
Refresh Vacation
This leave is available separately from paid leave and is intended for personal refreshment, based on their total years of continuous service as of April 1st.
