Management by Objectives (MBO)
We set initial goals and evaluate progress at the end of the term, which gets reflected in the "Individual Performance Award."
Evaluation of Competence and Motivation
We assess the knowledge, skills, and behaviors demonstrated through job performance, using these evaluations to inform decisions on salary increases and promotions based on established criteria.
Evaluation Feedback
Feedback is provided through discussions between employees and their supervisors during goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.
