As an HR service provider, we aim to contribute to solving our customers’ problems, expand our business, and grow as a company so that our services are widely established in society. Additionally, we will do our utmost to protect the personal information of our customers, including employee information, which we consider to be of utmost importance, as well as the personal information we hold, as outlined below.
- The Company shall respect the dignity of the individual, comply with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information, and ensure the appropriate use of numbers to identify individuals in administrative procedures, striving to protect personal and specified personal information appropriately.
- When the Company acquires personal information and specified personal information, we will inform you of the purpose of use and provide the relevant contact point, acquiring the information in an appropriate and necessary manner.
- The Company will use personal information and specified personal information within the scope of the notified or publicly disclosed purposes and manage it appropriately. Specified personal information will be handled appropriately within the scope of legally prescribed personal number-related affairs.
- The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except as required by law. Similarly, we will not provide specified personal information to third parties, with or without consent, except as required by law.

1. Purpose of Acquiring and Using Specific Personal Information
The execution of personal number-related tasks (such as preparing withholding tax certificates, employment insurance reporting, health insurance and welfare pension insurance reporting, and preparing payment statements, etc.).
2. The purpose of acquiring and using personal information other than specified personal information.
(1) Personal information related to business partners:
- To respond to various inquiries and requests regarding our services
- To conduct business activities such as providing services, making contact, and holding meetings
- To manage routine transactions such as contract signing, fulfillment, and payment
- To carry out entrusted tasks
- To conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- For notifications and greetings based on social customs, such as informing about executive changes and sending greeting cards
- To send information about products and services provided by our company via email, direct mail, etc.
(2) Personal information related to employees, etc.:
- For recruitment and onboarding procedures
- For various educational and training programs
- For personnel management, including performance evaluations, transfers, awards, disciplinary actions, resignations, phone directory creation, emergency contact list creation, etc.

3. Requests for Disclosure, etc.:
If a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, or other actions related to the personal
information and specified personal information held by the Company (including third-party
provision records) is made, we will promptly and appropriately respond, after confirming the
identity of the individual, except for the personal information and specified personal
information retained for the purpose of entrusted services.
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, or other actions through electronic records
or written documents, please send a written request, including the following details, along
with supporting documents and a reply envelope (only if requesting disclosure via written
documents) to the Company. (The format of the request is at your discretion.)
Additionally, any personal information collected by the Company as part of a disclosure
request will not be returned. The Company will appropriately dispose of the information.

Required Documents:
- A document that verifies the identity of the individual (e.g., a copy of a driver’s license or passport; please black out the registered address)
- (If appointing a proxy) A power of attorney that proves the proxy’s authority
- (If the individual is a minor) A certificate of the relationship between the legal guardian and the individual, such as a resident registration certificate (please black out the registered address or attach one without it)
- (If requesting a correction) A document confirming the corrected information
- For notification of the purpose of use or request for disclosure of information, if requesting disclosure by mail, include a self-addressed envelope (with the appropriate postage, including 380 yen for registered mail per request)
We may not be able to respond to requests under the following circumstances.
In such cases, we will notify you along with the reasons. Please note that a designated handling fee may still be charged even if we cannot fulfill your request.
- If the address provided on the request or application form, the address on the identity verification document, or our registered address does not match, making it impossible to verify the identity of the individual.
- If the proxy’s authority cannot be confirmed when applying on behalf of another person.
- If there are errors or omissions in the details of the request.
- If the request does not pertain to “retained personal data.”
- If fulfilling the request could harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
- If fulfilling the request could severely disrupt the proper execution of our operations.
- If complying with the request would violate other laws and regulations.
