Human Link Corporation was established in 1996 as a corporate spin-off of Mitsubishi Corporation's Personnel Department. Since then, we have grown as a service provider to cover almost all of the HR matters a company is responsible for, including human resource development, HR policy planning and consulting, services for employees on overseas assignments, and outsourcing of payroll and benefits.

Human Link Corporation underwent a company split in 2009.* Since then, we have been offering our services as a human resource solutions company specializing in the fields of HR development, consulting for HR management systems, and global HR solutions. Centering on these three fields, Human Link Corporation has been providing comprehensive HR solutions not only to companies in the MC Group, but also to other companies as well.

In response to the various HR challenges that companies encounter, Human Link Corporation has provided clients with HR development programs tailored to each level of employment starting from newly hired employees to top management. We have also responded to needs for revision, creation, or maintenance of HR systems in post-merger businesses and business restructuring, and to requests for advice on employee relations and related matters.

Human Link Corporation has an excellent track record for providing payroll and benefits, and sending care packages to employees on overseas assignment. In addition, we provide training for employees taking overseas assignments. This training is provided not only for the employees, but also their accompanying family members. We also provide training for employees hired overseas accepting assignments in Japan. Working closely with our Singapore-based subsidiary Human Link Asia Pte. Ltd., we will continue to expand our international HR consulting, with a spotlight cast on Asia.
