*We do not accept reservations for only accommodation / meals / party use or individual reservations.

Tentative Reservation

Your reservation will be automatically cancelled after one week if you do not confirm.
Tentative reservations will automatically become confirmed reservations 30 days before the arrival date.
Or if you do not contact us, we may cancel your reservation.

Payment Method

All charges will be posted on the written invoice which will be sent to your company. Phone bill, Bar use can be paid by individually.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms and Conditions

*Only applicable for confirmed reservation.
*Please check your reservation 31 days before your event happens.
*The first day of the event will be the arrival date.
*Cancellation costs including seminar/meeting room, accommodation room, meals and parties are applicable.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, shortened, or reduced by more than 10 people, the following cancellation fee will apply.

The following cancellation fee will be charged from 30 days before your event happen.

Changing the number of people (partial cancellation)

If a total of 10 people or more are canceled for a reservation confirmed 30 days ago, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Confirmed Date for Total Number of People

Total nights / Total number of meals 3 business days prior to the first day of the event.

*Cancellations after the fixed date cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

INTERNET ACCESS AND Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi Wi-Fi(5GHz) is available in the building.
LAN cable All the seminar rooms, business center, and guest rooms.

*This service does not guarantee Wi-Fi connectivity for all guests.
*We also does not provide any support for guest PCs, communication device environments, or configuration of various related settings.
*Note that we are not responsible for any virus or malware infections, loss of data, or other damages that may occur during use of this service.
*Slow connections or an inability to connect to the service may be caused by the network environment of the guest’s device or by heavy network traffic. We appreciate your understanding.

NOTIFICATION
  • Guest rooms will not be locked automatically.
  • To turn on the room light, please insert the card key into the slot.
  • For cold beverages, vending machines are available inside the Lounge of each floor. There is no fridge in guestrooms.
  • Please refrain from going downstairs (1st to 3rd floor) in nightwear or slippers.
  • Please take a towel with you on using Relaxation Floor bathroom.
  • For safety of your personal belongings and valuables, please use a locker or safe available on the 1st floor.

WORKSHOP / BUSINESS CENTER (2F)

Copiers, PCs, printers are set up for your needs.
OPEN 8 : 00 ~ 24 : 00

  • PCs are connected to the printers and Internet. Please bring your own media (e.g. USB memory stick) to copy the data to the installed PCs if you are willing to print out the data in your own PC.
  • Please obtain a copy counter from your seminar staff for the use of copiers.

Food and drinks from outside are not allowed in our building except your guest room.
Drink Delivery Service is available for refreshment while meeting from 8:30 - 18:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. (including electronic cigarettes)

Parking Use

Due to the limited parking space, please reserve the parking lot through the group leaders in advanced.
The parking lot can only be used by people with disabilities, teachers, and group leaders.

Personal information of the company and guests is used in operation of the FOLIAGE as partial statistical information which does not identify the individual. We will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without consent from the company and guests.
