Human Link will submit its statement of accounts in accordance with Article 440, Paragraph 3 of the Companies Act of Japan. In this paragraph it is stipulated that statements of accounts shall be made available to the general public until the day on which five years have elapsed from the day of the conclusion of the annual shareholders meeting in which the statement of accounts was approved.

• 26th term (from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022)
• 25th term (from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021)
• 24th term (from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020)
• 23th term (from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019)
