Six separate companies merged to form Company A. The initial challenges for this corporate merger were to expedite a seamless integration of the companies while stimulating post-merger growth through synergetic effects.

Two years following the corporate merger, Human Link is providing support for creating career paths and reconstructing HR development systems based on interviews conducted with managers and executives. Initiatives were revised to enhance the capabilities of personnel based on both the challenges that the integration were facing, and the management's future vision.
